The Governor’s Office of Federal Assistance serves as the entity designated by the State to review and coordinate proposed federal financial assistance and direct federal development for purposes of 47 Fed. Reg. 30,959 (July 14, 1982) (ref. 223.478(1,d). Presidential Executive Order 12372).
If your agency or organization is applying for a federal grant and in need of an Intergovernmental Review, please submit your request using the Federal Assistance Notification Form (FANF).
The Governor’s Office of Federal Assistance will complete a review of the submission and will respond within 5 business days. The organization will receive notification whether or not an application was selected for review and will be provided with the required State Application Identifier (SAI).
