On May 24th, 2023 OFA held a free virtual training to provide State Agencies with resources to navigate State Processes within Federal Grant Timelines. This training covered topics including: breaking down the State Administrative Manual (SAM) 3000 Federal grant procedures, required State reporting, and establishing appropriate timelines to ensure success in post-award federal grant award processes
