OFA Service Highlight - Grant Manual Release

The Governor’s Office of Federal Assistance is thrilled to announce the release of the 2023 Grant Manual. As a newsletter subscriber you receive early access!
The grant manual was updated and doubled in size with new content, resources, and more. This manual serves as a guide related to federal grant processes and to direct readers to reliable, authoritative sources of information. The OFA expects it to serve as general assistance for administering grants within the State of Nevada.

News: The Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) the Nevada Way

OFA is pleased to announce the new collaboration underway with the Governor’s Office and the Nevada State Infrastructure Coordinator, Bob Lucey. As the single largest long-term investment in infrastructure, OFA is poised to support Nevada’s efforts to secure competitive federal IIJA grant dollars for the repair and modernization of our infrastructure.

Also referred to as the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL), to date, $1.8 billion in formula funding has been announced and is headed to Nevada with over 107 projects identified for funding. As a centralized support, OFA, in coordination with the Governor’s Office and State Infrastructure coordinator will support stakeholders in their search and application to these grants to increase access to these critical and competitive infrastructure federal dollars.

News: Federal Grant Discovery Tool –Registration Has Begun

Join us in celebrating the launch of the forward-thinking, innovative Federal Grant Discovery Tool in coordination with our partner U.S. Digital Response (USDR). The Governor’s Office of Federal Assistance and USDR are working together to provide users with the ability to search for grants with ease and efficiency, along with expanding opportunities for collaboration with other grant seekers. Our efforts to offer this FREE federal grant discovery tool statewide is the first in the Nation. Interested in moving your grant discovery to the next phase?
